I offer secure telehealth sessions throughout North Carolina, with in-person sessions available for clients who prefer face-to-face appointments.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your history, your strengths, and your goals. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels right for you.

Most individual therapy sessions are 53–60 minutes.

I am in-network with select insurance plans and also offer private-pay options. If you have questions about your specific insurance benefits, I’d be happy to help you understand your options.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As progress is made, we may transition to biweekly or monthly sessions depending on your goals and needs.

Yes. Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, except in specific situations required by law, such as concerns about immediate safety or mandated reporting obligations. These limits to confidentiality will be reviewed during your first appointment.
